The following is a round-up of London-listed company director and manager changes announced on Friday and not separately reported by Alliance News:
----------
Eurocell PLC - Derbyshire, England-based manufacturer, recycler and distributor of window, door and roofline PVC products - Names Travis Perkins General Merchant Finance Director Matt Worster as its next chief financial officer, succeeding Michael Scott. Worster, who was previously Travis Perkins PLC’s director of investment relations, will join Eurocell’s board as an executive director in the autumn. ‘We are delighted to welcome Matt as [CFO],’ Chief Executive Officer Will Truman says. ‘He has significant financial and investor relations experience as well as a strong understanding of the UK construction industry. We look forward to welcoming him in the autumn and wish Michael all the best for his retirement at that time.’

Kazera Global PLC - London-based mining investment firm focused on early-stage assets - Johan Hattingh joins Kazera as technical director with immediate effect. Kazera announced its intention to hire Hattingh, a South Africa-based geologist who ‘has worked closely with the company for several years and has an in-depth understanding of its projects,’ on Tuesday last week. Notes that he has ‘particular expertise in heavy mineral sands, diamonds and alluvial systems’. ‘We are pleased to confirm Johan’s appointment to the board following the completion of due diligence,’ Non-Executive Chair Geoff Eyre says. ‘His deep technical expertise and detailed knowledge of the company’s asset base will be important as we focus on improving production consistency and volumes, and advancing our projects.’
----------
Pennpetro Energy PLC - London-based developer of energy projects in Ukraine, US and Canada - Appoints Grand Chief Ronald Derrickson, who served as Westbank First Nation’s chief twice between 1976 and 1998, as non-executive co-chair. Derrickson, the owner and president of property manager RMD Group, will support Executive Chair Richard Spinks in Pennpetro’s future development, it says. Spinks will subsequently be titled as executive co-chair. Pennpetro says Derrickson is ‘known across Canada and the US for his leadership in Indigenous economic development and protection of Indigenous rights.’ Westbank is a self-governing First Nations band in the Okanagan region British Columbia, Canada. Pennpetro adds that Derrickson already has an interest through his holdings in RMD, which has provided financing and as such holds the right to convert loan notes into 12.5 million Pennpetro shares. Spinks says this funding has enabled Pennpetro ‘to unwind legacy issues and to move the business forwards.’

Altitude Group PLC - London-based marketplace operator for the promotional products industry - Executive Chair Alexander Brennan concludes his tenure and resumes the role of non-executive chair, effective immediately. Altitude notes that Brennan was originally appointed to the non-executive role in February, 2025, before switching to the executive role in July of that year ‘at a pivotal time for the business’. Altitude also announced at the time that then-CEO Nichole Stella had stepped down to pursue other opportunities, while Chief Operating Officer Deborah Wilkinson’s responsibilities were expanded. ‘The board wishes to place on record its deep appreciation for the commitment Alexander has shown throughout this period,’ Altitude says. Adds that it ‘is confident that the company’s executive leadership team is strong, focused and well-positioned to deliver on the board’s strategic ambitions.’ ‘We have a business to be proud of, a talented, committed team and a clear strategic direction, and I look forward to supporting the business as it moves into its next phase of growth from a position of real strength,’ Brennan comments.
