Guardian Metal Resources promotes chair to executive chair
Guardian Metal Resources PLC on Tuesday said current Chair Jason Thomas Starzecki has transitioned to Executive Chair.
Guardian is a London-based metal exploration and development company, formerly known as Golden Metal Resources.
The company is focused primarily on tungsten exploration in Nevada, US.
It said Starzecki’s new role is instrumental to ‘advance efforts to reshore domestic tungsten production from our US-based co-flagship projects’.
‘This appointment reflects our commitment to building a high-calibre leadership team aligned with our operational objectives and long-term US strategy,’ the company said.
Guardian said Starzecki has led exploration and development projects for critical minerals including lithium, boron and potash in the US.
Shares in Guardian Metal Resources were down 2.3% to 51.32 pence in London on Tuesday afternoon.
