JP Jenkins names Martin Graham, former head of AIM, as board chair

JP Jenkins, which allows investors to buy and sell shares of private companies, named the former head of the AIM market in London as its board chair.

London-based JP Jenkins provides a matched bargain platform for unlisted companies. So far in 2025, it has picked up a steady flow of companies that have departed from AIM, including Hornby PLC, Gusbourne PLC, 4Global PLC, Brighton Pier Group PLC, and ADVFN PLC .

Martin Graham was director of Markets & head of AIM while at the London Stock Exchange Group PLC from 2003 to 2009. He since has been a non-executive director of the Moscow Stock Exchange and of the Muscat Stock Exchange, among many other roles.

Graham served on the advisory board of JP Jenkins for two years before being named board chair on Wednesday.

‘I have seen first-hand how [the team at JP Jenkins] have built the foundations of a platform that can play a key role in helping revive London’s lure as a capital market,’ Graham said. ‘As chairman I look forward to helping further the growth agenda for JP Jenkins as I understand the pressing need for the products and services they can deliver.’
