Mortgage Advice Bureau CFO McCarthy to follow former COO out of door

Mortgage Advice Bureau Holdings PLC on Monday announced that Chief Financial Officer Emilie McCarthy will leave the company at the end of September to pursue other opportunities.

The Derby, England-based mortgage broker said Jo Stent, the former CFO of London-based commercialising intellectual property-focused IP Frontier Group PLC, will become CFO on October 1.

Stent, who has over 25 years of experience leading finance functions, will join the company next week Monday as CFO designate.

The announcement of McCarthy's departure follows former chief operating officer Yaiza Luengo leaving Mortgage Advice on May 29. She was not replaced in her role.

Mortgage Advice shares were 0.6% higher at 517.00 pence each on Monday morning in London.
