Redcentric hires former Equipmake, SourceBio finance chief as new CFO

Redcentric PLC on Tuesday said it has hired Tony Ratcliffe as chief financial officer and executive director, effective immediately.

The Harrogate, North Yorkshire-based IT managed services provider said Ratcliffe has over 25 years of senior financial management experience with fast growing technology and service companies. Most recently, Ratcliffe was CFO for Equipmake Holdings PLC, a Aquis Stock Exchange listing, and for SourceBio International PLC, a former AIM listing.

‘In prior CFO roles, Tony has acquired varied operational, transactional, and strategic experience and driven significant growth, both organically and via mergers and acquisitions, with an ultimate focus on creating value for shareholders,’ Redcentric said.

Redcentric shares were flat at 121.90 pence each on Tuesday morning in London.
