TRADING UPDATES: Elixirr earnings hike; Winvia-Aston Villa tie-up

The following is a round-up of updates by London-listed companies, issued on Monday and not separately reported by Alliance News:

----------

Elixirr International PLC - London-based consultancy - Elixirr says it expects to report a first-half revenue hike of 25% on-year to £89.0 million after record first and second quarters. Adjusted earnings before interest, tax, depreciation and amortisation rise 29% to £27.6 million. "Across the period the group continued to see strong demand for commercial transformation and technology services, with further, significant growth in AI-related revenue," Elixirr says.

----------

Winvia Entertainment PLC - London-based prize draw and online gaming business - Winvia enters a partnership with Premier League football club Aston Villa. It will launch an "Aston Villa-branded prize draw competition". "Under the partnership, Winvia will develop and operate the official Aston Villa prize draw competition, 'Villa Win', a new prize draw competition for Aston Villa supporters. The competition will give Aston Villa's engaged fanbase the opportunity to enter regular prize draws, with the potential for exclusive Aston Villa-themed prizes and fan experiences. Winvia will provide the technology platform, operational infrastructure and prize draw expertise," Winvia explains. "The company sees significant potential for this partner-led approach across sport, entertainment and other sectors, enabling brands with engaged audiences to generate additional funds through a fun entertainment-led prize draw product."

----------

Aterian PLC - minerals exploration and trading in Africa, including copper-silver projects in Morocco and Botswana and an exploration licence in Rwanda - Aterian reports interpretation of high-resolution ground magnetic data at the Agdz project in Morocco "identifies multiple priority copper-silver structural targets". The survey area, Aterian says, more than doubles, "substantially expanding exploration coverage". Executive Chair Charles Bray says: "This interpretation is a significant step forward for Agdz and reinforces our belief that the project has the potential to host a substantial copper-silver mineralised system."

----------

Pennant International Group PLC - Cheltenham, England-based provider of systems support, technical services and training with focus on defence sector - Pennant wins a deal for the latest release of its product support platform Auxilium. The deal is with a "major global shipbuilding organisation", and it contributes around £200,000 to annual recurring revenue. "Auxilium will support the management of complex engineering, maintenance and logistics information throughout the programme lifecycle, providing a single, authoritative source of support data while improving operational efficiency, data integrity and decision making," Pennant says.

----------

Intercede Group PLC - Leicestershire, England-based cybersecurity software firm - Intercede announces new contract orders and renewals of around USD2.6 million in total, and it notes a further USD1.7 million of possible "future renewal value" through to February 2030. Deal wins include a licence sale to a new US federal agency customer, an order with a military alliance, and a subscription licence order to a German local authority. The renewals include a national identity deployment in the Middle East, a pact with a "large space agency", and a renewal with a "significant bank in the Middle East".

----------

EDX Medical Group PLC - Cambridge, England-based developer of digital diagnostic products and services - EDX and its partners complete the development and technical validation work for a rapid pneumonia test for critically ill patients. "The test has benefited several patients since its transition into clinical service last month. Given the critical conditions of these patients, the test results are available via a secure digital link to authorised ICU clinical staff within a matter of hours. In comparison, traditional microbiological assays take several days to generate results," EDX adds.
