Senior independent director Deborah Kemp will step down June 30.

Jardine Matheson Holdings Ltd - Hong Kong-based holding company with interests in retail, property, hotels and motor dealerships - Butterfield Trust (Bermuda) Ltd sells 1.0 million shares at average $75.22, worth total $75.2 million. Butterfield is the trustee of family trusts associated with directors Ben Keswick and Adam Keswick.

Idox PLC - Woking, Surrey-based software company focuses on government services - Updates on proposed acquisition by Frankel UK Bidco Ltd. Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster issues a final notification that no further action in relation to the acquisition is to be taken under the UK NSI Act. French Regulatory Condition remains outstanding. Expects the offer will become or will be declared unconditional in the second quarter of 2026.
