Workspace Group names Hibernia Real Estate CEO Tom Edwards-Moss as CFO
Workspace Group PLC on Thursday named Tom Edwards-Moss as its new chief financial officer, to replace Dave Benson.
In August, the London-based flexible workspace provider said CFO Benson plans to leave the company in 2026.
Edwards-Moss has been chief executive of Hibernia Real Estate Group Ltd since 2022.
He joined the business in 2014 as CFO of Hibernia REIT PLC’s asset manager and was appointed CFO of Hibernia REIT after the internalisation of the investment manager in 2015.
He held the CFO position until Hibernia was acquired by Brookfield Asset Management Inc in 2022.
Workspace said it expects Edwards-Moss to join following the completion of a notice period at Hibernia. Benson will remain in post as CFO until Edwards-Moss starts.
‘With extensive experience in financial leadership, Tom is ideally placed to take on the role. The board and I look forward to working with Tom as Workspace continues to execute its strategy with a focus on delivering attractive income-led shareholder returns,’ said Workspace Chair Duncan Owen.
Shares in Workspace Group were up 0.5% at 390.00 pence on Thursday morning in London.
