CORRECT: Pantheon Infrastructure invests into Cartier Energy

(Correcting the share price of Pantheon Infrastructure PLC).

Investment firm Pantheon Infrastructure PLC on Monday said it has invested $46.1 million in Cartier Energy.

Cartier comprises eight district energy systems located across the Northeast, Mid-Atlantic, and Midwest of the US. It provides energy services such as heat, cooling, and electricity to around 190 buildings across the higher education, healthcare, commercial, manufacturing, hospitality, government, and retail sectors.

Pantheon Infrastructure co-invested in Cartier Energy through funds managed by investment firm Vauban Infrastructure Partners.

Shares in Pantheon Infrastructure closed down 0.5% at 108.00 pence on Monday in London.
