Tirupati Graphite PLC - graphite and graphene mining and processing in Madagascar - Delays announcement of full-year results which were scheduled for Monday. Gives no reason for the deal and confirms it will make no other announcements until later this month. Tirupati says ‘its operations and developments are progressing as per plans’.
