IN BRIEF: Facilities by ADF revenue falls, warns on full-year results

Facilities by ADF PLC - Bridgend, Wales-based provider of production and support vehicles for the TV and film industry - Reports results for the first half of 2026. Group revenue decreases 4.6% to £16.6 million from £17.4 million the year before, "reflecting the weak UK film and HETV production market where overall production spends declined 15.6% in the same period." Pretax loss widens to £3.3 million from £2.0 million. CAD Services revenue falls to £9.4 million from £10.8 million; Location One revenue rises to £3.3 million from £3.1 million; and Autotrak revenue rises to £3.9 million from £3.5 million. Says first-half performance was "lower than anticipated." Combined with "the current shape of the Q4 pipeline," this means Facilities now expects full-year results "below current market expectations."

"My first six months at ADF have highlighted the strength of our people, customer relationships, and leading market position...ADF's core business is extending its reach beyond its traditional client base - a shift that will take time, given the company’s heritage," says Chief Executive Nicola Pearcey. "The steps we are taking to integrate the businesses, sharpen our impact and drive growth are already bearing fruit, with our combined order book and pipeline for FY27 ahead of the prior year. This gives us confidence in our future positioning. We remain focused on operational discipline and efficiency, alongside a clear plan for growth."
