IN BRIEF: John Wood Group wins 'major' contract with Shell in Brunei

John Wood Group PLC - Aberdeen, Scotland-based oilfield and engineering services provider - Together with joint venture partner Tendrill International Sdn Bhd, John Wood secures a ‘major’ contract with Brunei Shell Petroleum Sdn Bhd, a joint venture between Shell PLC and the government of Brunei. The five-year contract is for brownfield engineering, procurement, and construction services. It has a two-year extension option. Tendrill Managing Director Haryati Ramlee says the contract marks ‘a significant milestone’ for the TendrillWood joint venture, which was formed in 2023. The companies don’t provide any financial details.
