IN BRIEF: Magnum CEO buys further shares worth EU100,000

Magnum Ice Cream Co NV - Amsterdam-based ice cream company spun off from Unilever PLC and owner of Magnum, Ben & Jerry’s and Cornetto brands - Chief Executive Peter Ter Kulve buys 6,825 shares at an average price of €14.67 each, worth €100,149.71 in total, on Thursday in Amsterdam. The CEO bought 23,150 shares at €13.75, worth €318,206, on Monday, and bought 40,000 shares in March.

Current share price: 1,281.50 pence, up 0.5% late Friday morning in London

12-month change: up 14%
