IN BRIEF: Malvern International CFO to leave after five-year tenure
Malvern International PLC - Altrincham, England-based education services provider - Chief Financial Officer Daniel Fisher intends to step down and ‘pursue other opportunities’. Fisher will stay at Malvern for a transition period of up to six months, while Malvern undertakes the search for his replacement, to ‘ensure an orderly handover’. He was appointed as CFO in December, 2021, and was previously the company’s head of finance. Malvern says he has played a key role in its turnaround and in strengthening its financial position.
‘On behalf of the board, I would like to thank Daniel for his significant contribution to Malvern over the past five years,’ comments Chief Executive Officer Richard Mace. ‘He leaves the group well positioned for its next phase of growth and we wish him every success in the future.’
