IN BRIEF: MiniMBA founder invests extra £2 million in Brave Bison

Brave Bison Group PLC - London-based advertising and communications agency - Moonlight Graham Pty Ltd, a company owned by MiniMBA founder Mark Ritson, exercises its option to acquire 4.1 million new shares for £2 million in total at 49 pence each. Upon their admission, Ritson will hold a 7.0% Brave Bison stake, or 8.2 million shares. Brave Bison acquired MiniMBA in August 2025, and says the marketing professional training business ‘has performed strongly’ since then. Says MiniMBA reports 18% organic revenue growth from its first cohort of learners this year, and notes that it has won two of its largest-ever contracts.

Ritson comments: ‘I’m delighted to be increasing my investment in Brave Bison. Having seen the business up close since the acquisition last year, I’m more convinced than ever that it’s built on the right things - discipline, genuine commercial substance, and people who know what they’re doing. I’m fully committed to the future here, and I’m backing that belief with my own money.’
