Range Resources said it had withdrawn a notice of arbitration against the US state of Georgia.
The company had submitted the notice 'in respect of the wrongful termination' of a production sharing contract.
'After careful consideration, Range has withdrawn the notice of arbitration on a without prejudice basis,' the company said.
